Above and beyond customer service. Haylee was able to quote me a few different policies, answer questions and get the final policy in place in record time!! All via email communication for my convenience. 10/10 coming from someone who is in a different insurance field.

We finally made the jump to insure our rodeo horses this spring after losing 2 in a short time that were not insured. We told ourselves we would pay for the insurance and never have to use it. A few short months after insuring we had a tragic accident. It was heart breaking and overwhelming. Haylee was right there with us through messages that entire night…. It was as if she had known us forever and was just a friend helping us out in a time of need. She will never know how much she helped get us through that night. The claim process was easy and very quick!! So grateful we made the decision to insure with her!!
